True Lens Services (TLS) is pleased to announce that we are fully open and have resumed all operations with new safety protocols in place, in line with the Government and WHO guidelines, to ensure the health and safety of our employees and customers. We will continue to monitor the advice given and update our procedures, as necessary.

Safe Working Practices at TLS:

  • Only key staff permitted on-site

  • Staggered shifts and breaks for on-site staff members to minimise contact

  • All employees encouraged to follow strict hygiene practices and abide by social distancing (2m)

  • Staff members required to immediately self-isolate at home for a two-week period should anyone in their household show symptoms

  • On-site employees provided with PPE, including masks, visors and gloves

  • Alcohol-based hand sanitiser widely available across premises

  • Signage outlining health and safety protocols, and social distancing guidelines prominent on-site

  • Premises regularly cleaned, with attention to high-traffic areas

  • Contactless drop-offs and collections – customers / couriers must remain outside of the building

  • All lenses cleaned and disinfected upon entry into the building and re-sanitised before collection

  • All meetings conducted remotely via phone or video conferencing unless impossible to do so

  • Any pre-approved essential visitors must abide by the hygiene and safety protocols outlined, and remain within specific areas designated for visitors for the duration of their visit
