Developed as part of the original Vega optical platform — which also forms the foundation of the Vega65 system — the 28mm integrates seamlessly with existing Vega sets, maintaining the consistent character, handling, and mechanical precision cinematographers expect.

This new focal length adds greater creative flexibility while preserving the distinctive Vega look, further strengthening the system as a complete and versatile solution for modern full-frame cinematography.
