The 1.4x and 2.0x extenders are the perfect product to extend the focal length range of zoom and prime lenses. The 1.4x and 2.0x PL to PL stainless steel and aluminium alloy extenders have multi-coated optics for professional 35mm and full frame lenses.

These small and lightweight lens systems mount easily between the cameras PL mount and the zoom or prime lens PL mount.

The two extenders multiply the focal lengths of the base lens by a factor of 1.4 or 2.0 with one loss of iris stop for 1.4 and two for the 2.0. The combination of these extenders and zoom lenses provide a financially practical solution over expensive long range zoom lenses, with only little or no influence to the optical quality of the lenses.

Gears are bored 0.2/0.3mm interference diameter size (diameter and material dependant), heated and allowed to cool in position to grasp with an even pressure to the location diameter.

Can be secured to metal, plastic or flexible (rubber) surfaces.

Double stepped or shouldered diameters can be machined, which will enable gears to run concentric and true to lens.

Suitable for non-extending barrels when using fixed position follow focus units.

Standard 0.8MOD pitch gear teeth to match cine style follow focus gears.

Allow a minimum of 4.00mm solid acetal beneath root of gear when determining bore size.
